My food has been inspired and influenced by the Mediterranean ever since childhood camping holidays in Italy. Cuisines based on their principles of market fresh local food simply treated to showcase their wonderful colours, textures and flavours. These ideals are the basis of menu development at Ambeli.
The first idea I had dreaming of La Bella Italia, years back, was to create a place where you can enjoy, feel, see, taste, the culture, history, tradition and products of my country.
